Rates for our services our outlined below:

Graphic Design,

Wedding Photography Packages.

Graphic Design services.

All graphic design services are billed at $95/hr with a minimum invoice amount of $95.00. (beyond graphic design, Items included in the above could include: Research for client, image searches and editing, client meetings and consultation, copy writing and editing etc).

Additional charges may incur when:

Advanced professional copy writing services are required.
Professional illustration services are required.

Photography and Image Editing Services.

Out of Studio Basic Photo Shoot up to 2 hrs, flat rate: $395.
(covers travel time, editing and post processing as outlined below)

Includes: Client retains full rights to use the images in any way they find necessary.
Includes: Up to 2 hrs of post processing (Image editing and optimizing), archiving to disc and delivery to client.
(Additional shooting time beyond 2 hrs is billed at $50 / half hour.)
(Additional image editing time beyond 2 hrs is billed at $40 / half hour.)

Additional charges may incur when:

There are multiple subjects or a lot of images required (more editing time).
Professional lighting with portable strobes and diffusers, and/or backdrop systems are required.
Shooting location is outside the Kingston area ($1.00 per km driven).

Optional: Professional retouching services, billed at $40/ half hour

Wedding Photography Packages - 2021-2023 (ask about early booking discounts)

I shoot entirely with professional high-resolution digital equipment (currently high end professional Nikon body and lenses). Professional lighting equipment and a lighting assistant are provided for many packages. You will receive your images in high resolution digital format, which you will retain full ownership and reprint rights to. All images are optimized for quality and print ready. The packages below apply to weddings in the Kingston area. For destinations outside Kingston, see “Optional Extras” at the end of this document. A 40% deposit is required when booking. Cancellations prior to 45 days before the wedding will receive a refund of 50% of this deposit.

Any of the wedding packages can be modified by adding items from the list of “Optional Extras” at the end of the list. We can also design a custom package to suit your needs.

Pricing: When looking at these packages please consider the fact that shooting the wedding is only about 25% of the total job for the photographer. Many more hours are spent editing, optimizing and making the visual recording of your event as perfect as you would hope it to be. (example: when you book me for a 7hr shoot, you are really getting over 28 hours of my time). Prices do not include HST.

*DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount will be applied to any bookings (with deposit) 7 months (or greater) in advance of the event.

The ‘Short but Sweet’ Package: $1095*

Planning and Shooting:

Advanced planning and consultation via e-mail or phone
Up to 4 hours of shooting at one location. For additional time or locations please see the optional-extras menu on the last page.

Digitally Archived images:

Edited images in high-resolution format, 150 (or more), high-quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and can reprint as desired.

The ‘Basic’ Package: $1895*

Planning and Shooting:

Advanced planning and consultation via e-mail or phone
Up to 6 hours of shooting at up to 2 locations. For additional time or locations please see the optional-extras menu at the end of this document.

Digitally Archived images:

Edited images in high-resolution format, 300 (or more), high-quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and can reprint as desired.

The ‘Popular’ Package: $2295*

Pre-wedding meeting at my studio or by telephone to discuss needs and strategies
Up to 7 hours start to finish at up to 2 locations.

Digitally Archived images:

Edited images in high-resolution format. 350 (or more), high quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and may reprint as desired.

Framed Enlargement Prints:

One archival pigment-based print in elegant, gallery-quality frame with acid-free mat.
• One 11" x 14" print in 16" x 20" frame.

The ‘Choice’ Package: $2995*

Planning and Shooting:

Pre-wedding meeting at my studio to discuss needs and strategies.
Up to 8 hours start to finish at up to 3 locations.

Digitally Archived images:

Images provided in high-resolution format, edited and optimized, 450 (or more), high quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and can reprint as desired.

Framed Enlargement Prints:

Two archival pigment-based prints in elegant, gallery-quality frames with acid free mats. Including:
- One 11" x 14" print in 16" x 20" frame.
- One 8" x 10" print in 11" x 14" frame.

The ‘Elite’ package: $3595*

Pre-wedding meeting at my studio to discuss needs and strategies
Up to 8 hours start to finish at up to 3 locations.
Lighting assistant/second shooter included.

Archived Digital images:

Images in high-resolution format, edited and optimized, 450 (or more) high quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and can reprint as desired.

Framed Enlargement Prints:

Four archival pigment-based prints in elegant, gallery-quality frames with acid free mats. Including:
- One 11" x 14" print in 16" x 20" frame.
- One 8" x 10" print in 11" x 14" frame.

Photo Album:

Professionally prepared 48 page hardcover book / photo album covering highlights of the event from start to finish.

The ‘Ultimate’ package: $4795*

Planning and Shooting:

Pre-wedding meeting to discuss needs and strategies
Two professional photographers including Jonathan as primary shooter.
Up to 8 hours start-to-finish, at up to 3 locations for the primary shooter.
Up to 6 hours start-to-finish, at 2 locations for the second shooter

Engagement or (pre-wedding) shoot with framed print:

1.5 hour photo session before the wedding with an 8" x 10" print in an elegant 11" x 14" frame

Framed Enlargement Prints:

Two archival pigment-based prints in elegant, gallery-quality frames with acid free mats. Including:
- One 11" x 14" print in 16" x 20" frame.
- One 8" x 10" print in 11" x 14" frame.

Photo Album:

Professionally prepared 60 page hardcover book / photo album covering highlights of the event from start to finish.

Archived Digital images:

Images in high-resolution format, edited and optimized, 500 (or more) high quality images guaranteed. You have full ownership and can reprint as desired.

*Please note: A discount of 10% will be applied to any bookings (with deposit), at least 7 months before the wedding

Optional Extras to Customize your Package

Engagement or (pre-wedding) shoot with framed print:

1.5 hour local photo session before the wedding with an 8" x 10" archival print
in an elegant 11" x 14" frame:
$325 with purchase of any wedding package. ($425 without wedding package).

Out of Town Location:

Destinations outside the Greater Kingston area, add $2 per km. driven in each direction.
A $275.00 overnight accommodation expense applies to locations beyond 130 km.

Additional in-Town Location:

Add an additional (local) shooting location to any package for $65

Additional Time:

Add additional on-site shooting time to any package for $150/hr (includes up to 30 additional images plus post production and editing)

Hardcover 48 page Photo Album:

Add wedding album to any package for $475 (or a 60 page album for $575)

Framed Archival Prints:

Professionally edited and retouched archival pigment prints in elegant, gallery-quality frames with acid-free mats.
