CDSLR - Creative Digital SLR Photography & Fall Colors
This inspiring course is ideal for those who are familiar with their DSLR camera and now want to capture more compelling images. You will be introduced to important elements of composition, camera settings, and lighting considerations that should be considered when creating photographs in order to strengthen them visually. We will explore various compositional tricks and techniques as well as tips on how to deal with light, both indoors and outdoors. We will also discuss how to make the most of fall colors and be going on a field trip photo shoot to a picturesque location. There will be a short shooting assignment designed to strengthen your compositional skills and observation of light. Images will be downloaded and discussed in the last class. Please bring your DSLR (with fresh battery charge), and owners manual (if you have one). Review materials included.
Class Size: Minimum 4 and Maximum 7.
Prerequisite: “Digital SLR Photography” or knowledge of aperture and shutter speed control.
